We’d like to welcome Peter to the team, who joined us two weeks ago as our first dedicated Customer Care Representative.
Any of our customers or free trial users who have been in touch with support over the last couple of weeks have more than likely spoken to him via live chat or email. He’s off to a great start, bringing our already speedy median first response time of 12 minutes down to a mere 6 minutes!
Peter’s also been contributing to the RotaCloud blog, sharing his experience and advice on how to best manage angry customers, and some behind the scenes details about the tools we use to streamline our support workflow.
He’s just finished a Computer Science degree at the University of York, but in his spare time, Peter enjoys performing with his barbershop quartet, gaming (#pcmasterrace), and working on his Android app.
