Introducing the newest member of the RotaCloud team: Bianca.
Bianca joined us at the end of June and is here to provide new customers with helpful advice about RotaCloud and show them how to get started.
A skilled communicator, Bianca’s main responsibilities include chatting with prospective clients, answering their questions, giving live demonstrations, and of course providing support for our existing customers and taking feedback.
Basically, she’s the person to speak to if and when you decide to make RotaCloud a part of your business, and we’re delighted to have her as part of the team.
Originally from Nottingham and with a background in business improvement, Bianca has more than 10 years’ experience working in customer engagement and complaint resolution. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, dining out, and taking on DIY projects inspired by her many hours spent watching property programmes.
